Everything was fantastic! We got a free upgrade to suite room with sauna and a bath tub. Everything was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed it to the fullest. Location is 15min walk from the city that felt like a wonderful distance, great and calm area. Breakfast had lots of options both for sweet and savory breakfast lovers! Staff members were very hospitable and helpful in any situation. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend it for anyone traveling to Florence.

Amazing staff and room! I truly enjoyed my time there, and I'd definitely stay there again. Staff was super helpful and kind. The room felt newly renovated. The bathroom is very spacious. If you are like me, always have lots of items for your toiletries/skincare, you'd be happy with the bathroom space.

1. Terrible location far from the center, you have to get there by taxi 2. We lived on the 1st floor, the windows are wooden, the wind whistles 3. It is very cold, the floor is not heated, there is no heating in the room and the kidneys are not updated every day, the detergents paid 500 euros for everything and I am very dissatisfied, I do not recommend this hotel!!! 4. The reception worker is never there, it is impossible to find him, you have to go around the hotel looking for him every time for half an hour and it is not known where he goes, and so every day during our trip

This hotel goes beyond and above 5 stars, management and staff are super nice and polite, rooms are clean, comfortable, and relaxing, very modern, chic stylish 12 rooms capacity boutique hotel. It is the hidden gem of Florence. Breakfast has lots of options and varied every day. They have the best americano Coffee with full service. The hotel is located outside of the Ztl zones, and parking is €15.00 per day, unlike other hotels where they charge €45.00 to €75.00 per day. We took the taxi everywhere average €12 to 15 or 20 minutes walk. One more advantage for staying at the hotel is that it's a 2-minute walk to steak lovers, heaven restaurant Perseus, the number one top steakhouse in Florence. We enjoyed our 3 nights in Florance because of the kind polite service we've received inside the hotel, unlike the rude arrangement Italians everywhere.

Sadly not as good as we expected. We were very hopeful considering how modern it looked, however there was a lot of negatives with staying here. The mattress was not a true queen thus causing my wife or I to slip between the two mattresses and have a sore back in the morning. The shower was not great. Worst of all was the location was quite far from city center. This is no fault to Messori, however this is something worth knowing. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you want to be near the city center.
