The concept of a metro at Metro Apartment is pretty good and it looks like a metro. Why I only give this place one star is because the safety was not priority that good. The first and last night at this place started with the doors automatic opened at night when the electricity failed and the main hall had a smell of some burned stuff after the power failure. The service man at the place wanted me (as a guest) to check the fuses (located at the top of the main hall, so I had to stand on a chair) for both apartments, which I found unprofessional. He decided to turn of the fuse for the washing machine but was not sure that was the problem (No one used the washing machine) We decided to find another hotel room. If it was possible to give them 0 stars, I would have done that.

Property was dirty. Chemicals were stored outside the room. No hot water in the property. Washroom and linens were dirty. They turned the basement into a rental. Room smelled of chemicals and smoke. Don’t know how they got High ratings. They ruined our prague experience
