We didn’t get to stay here due to a lack of communication from management. I have called twice to follow up. First told I’ll get an email and next a return call. Still NOTHING! No communication at all. And we booked 12 months ago! Not impressed and would never book with them again!

The location is excellent but the room was in need of some maintenance. The tap on the kitchen sink was loose and wobbly which made it difficult to use. The pillows were cheap and didn’t provide any support. The toilet paper was one ply. The bathroom wasn’t that clean. It was also noisy on Saturday night with a few bars on the street below with loud music late into the night. Would find somewhere else to stay next time.

Cosy small and feature packed They have lockboxes outside for key pickup so no queuing. For the size of the 1 bedder I was pleasantly surprised there was a washing machine in the apartment. No microwave and the house keeping have to be booked or they will not come.

My wife and I visited for one week from USA and wanted a centrally located 2 room apartment in the heart of the Central Business District. This place was perfect. It is cozy, but provides everything needed with walking distance of all of CBD, several blocks walking from train station and only 3 blocks from Yarra River and Southbank. One of the best priced locations we found, and the very popular bars on the street below were fun to grab a drink, but they also got very quiet around 10pm, which was perfect. Harsha, our host and the manager, was wonderful in providing good recommendations for sights to see outside of the mainstays. Highly, highly recommend a visit for locals and international travelers.
