Stayed one night and was very satisfied. Relatively cheaper than neighbouring hotels and still within 10 min walking distance to KL Sentral. The 4 pax room was spacious and had 2 king sized beds.

Nice to stay but staff not respect. No helpful. Little indian girl was on video call all the time.I.was book from agoda and not sure about delosit. Little indian girl was told to cancelled my booking because no deposit. It new rules? To cancelled booking if no deposit. I told her and beg my baby need to sleep pls give room first i will withdraw cash in 10min. She still no allowed. I have to carry all my bags and baby to withdraw. Very bad experiences i had.

I chosed this hotel for 2nd time. This time, two rooms. Since I am a regular traveller to kl, this is one of the best choice for it's price. Friendly staff, excellent location and clean room. I will come again.

The property listed a minibar in the room. Unfortunately NOT! I was given a room at Level 1 few steps facing the lift. The room obviously no mini bar the worst is your window is facing the Indian Cafe Exhaust System. The whole room smells like Mamaks.. urghh. I called them went down same thing happened from 105 to 108. I highlighted many times for minibar because of my insulin. Twice went don't to change room in the end I have to add another MYR30 for Deluxe. Come on, tell me earlier. The Manage, Male wow, so arrogant. It wasn't like my previous experience staying there.

Other than the location of the hotel nothing is good about this hotel! They give torn towels, the shower in the bathroom falls on the wall, the front desk is the worst! They are so slow , checkin process is so slow. They don’t serve good food at all. Worst breakfast! Service is so bad. They just don’t care about customers . They gave us a room without window . It was so suffocating. When asked for change in room , they did not Co operate . Totally ,other than location nothing is good about this hotel !!
