We enjoyed our short stay at the Metropolitan Hotel. The hotel room is large and spacious, and bathroom is well lit with plenty of mirrors. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful throughout our stay. We had a very early flight to catch when leaving, and wanted to reheat our food. The front desk staff offered to set up microwave in our room which was a pleasant surprise. The location is perfect, so close to Skytrain station, food and shops. I recommend this hotel, we are very pleased with our stay!

I stayed one night on Dec 11. I appreciated the genuinely warm and friendly welcome upon arrival from the valet and reception and also the ask upon check out if everything was to my satisfaction. The room was clean and the room service was exceptional with the food being well presented, delivered and delicious. Overall a very nice stay. Thank you!

We were staying in Vancouver overnight for a concert and took the Hullo Ferry to Coal Harbor from Vancouver Island. We wanted a walkable location between the harbor and Rogers Arena. The location of Metropolitan was perfect for our needs as we also wanted to balance fair room pricing into our consideration. The staff were wonderfully polite and the entire hotel that we spent time in was very clean, upscale and warm atmosphere. Our room was spacious and well updated with all the expected amenities. The lounge right off the lobby had a terrific happy hour special that we relaxed in before our concert. The server was promptly and friendly as well as our meal was great. We have told others of this hotel and will return here again for sure. *** I appreciated the small detail of the Vancouver map pillow 👍🏼

Stayed here for two nights . While I do agree the hotel room is a little outdated , the staff is wonderful and prompt . Whenever I had an issue, I messaged them on Marriott app and I got a reply within seconds. The business centre is great if you want to get some work done or take some last minute print outs. The hotel does offer complementary drinks such as hot chocolate or mint cooler which is nice when you come back after a long day. Overall it has great location and amazing staff though the rooms could definitely do with some updates.

The hotel was nice with good luxury and space. The room was a bit dated but still high quality materials and lots of space. The location is good and you can walk to great restaurants and the train station. Not much of a view from my room, others may be better. I would rate it a 4 but I left a charger there and the cleaning staff must have taken it as I called on the same day I checked out and they said nothing was found in the room. I know I left it plugged in to an outlet so it would be quite noticeable by staff.
