My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. The staff seemed disinterested, the rooms were far from clean, and the amenities were subpar. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a positive experience.

I stayed between 13- 20 January 2024, The room is big Location is excellent My concern is room service 1- toilet is not clean when I checked in 2- they don't provide the complimentary water and coffee sache , sugar except upon request and not all the the time 3- my room was at the back of the building where there is collection of carbage

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel conveniently located just 5 minutes by car and a 10-minute walk from Taksim Square, and also near Galata Port. This prime location was a significant highlight of my visit. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally helpful and always greeted guests with a smile, enhancing the welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. Their service was impeccable and truly made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The food at the hotel was delightful, featuring a variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. Each meal was a culinary delight, adding to the overall experience of my stay. One of the standout features of the hotel was the panoramic view from the 7th floor. The breathtaking view of the Bosphorus was a highlight of my stay, offering a serene and beautiful backdrop that was truly unforgettable. I would like to extend a special thank you to Merline, a member of the staff who was incredibly supportive both before and during my stay. Her dedication and assistance greatly contributed to the quality of my visit. Overall, I highly recommend staying at this hotel for anyone visiting the area. The combination of its excellent location, friendly staff, great food, and stunning views makes it an ideal choice for travelers seeking comfort and convenience in Istanbul.

The only thing that was good about the hotel is the location. But we have never met a staff that unprofessional and disrespectful, whenever we ask for something they don't care. I'm very disappointed in my stay at metropolitan, you pay for 5 star hotel and it's less than a 4 star hotel. I don't recommend staying here at all!! They charged us more for Seaview room and all I can see from my room was the road.
