Very nice hotel in a very convenient location between the station and the old town. Excellent service with 24 hour reception. We got a last minute deal for one night. It gets very busy and I think more expensive. We were very happy with our stay.

Clean, good value and a great lounge area to sit and relax in. Ideally situated for the train and bus station. Less than 10 minutes walk and about 15 minutes from the cathedral.

Clean rooms, comfortable bed, air conditioning and quiet. 24 hour reception and you can leave luggage before check in and after check out. Just a few minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes to the old town.

The interaction with reception right from the start the person had an attitude. We arrived at 13:45 and they said that check-in is 1400. They said that we had to sit in the waiting room until they found out whether or not in the room was ready. About 10 minutes later I went back to the check-in desk to see if the room was available or not he then told me he was still waiting for notification if the room was ready. About 5 to 10 minutes later he came back and got me and checked me in and again just was not customer service oriented and not very friendly. He was put out that he manually had to add my information in the computer. This is a good 15 to 20 minute walk to the historic part of Santiago but there are many restaurants and supermarkets and it is very close to the bus station.
