The rooms are spacios and clean. We had our towels changed every 2-3 days and the room was swiped as well. The location is great if you are in Istanbul for tourism purposes, as all main atractions are in walking distance. In my opinion it is of great value for the price.

I had the pleasure of staying at Meydan Suites for 3 nights this past October during my solo adventure to Turkey. Overall, I stayed in 5 different hotels/locations during my trip and Meydan Suites took the top spot!! Everything from the location to the service was excellent. Eray, who helped check me in and out was the nicest man you'll meet. Extremely accommodating and always had a gigantic smile on his face. He helped arrange a ride for me to the Istanbul airport which saved me money as I had a negative experience with a cab driver on my way to the hotel. I would highly recommend this little boutique hotel based on location, service, and comfortability. The next time I'm in Istanbul I will definitely be staying here! Thanks again for all your advice and help Eray!

Eray and Ardam have been extremely hospitable and friendly. We arrived to the hotel at 7am but they still kindly allowed us to check in and helped us with our luggages (no lifts at the hotel). The room was clean, relatively new and well furnished. They have also allowed us to check out late. We will definitely return again.

Meydan Suites is now the place I will stay at whenever I go to Istanbul. I have been to Istanbul 4 times and the other three times I stayed at the Sheraton, Radisson and Fer Hotel. However, I can honestly say that my favorite is Meydan Suites. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean (much more comfortable than the other hotels I stayed at). The neighborhood is a combination of locals and tourist....which is nice. I walk to the main Sultanahmet area which takes about 10 to 15 minutes. I walk up the Piere Loti street. On the way you can drop off your laundry and eat at any of the restaurants or buy fruits from the fruit stand. There is also a small convenience store downstairs where you can buy snacks, water, juices, etc. And if you need more than that there is a supermarket right around the corner. I loved the park right in front of Meydan Suites as well. I went to the gym almost everyday and there is full gym about a 15 minute walk called Red Line Fitness. I stayed there for a month and people in the neighborhood began to recognize me and greet me. Then the restaurant beside Meydan Suites called Bergonville was very convenient as well to eat at. The brothers who run Meydan Suites are awesome! They really care about their guests. They were always available, with a smile, if you needed anything. Everything was so convenient and pleasant. I will definitely stay there again.
