I stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and the service was really good. It was about 100 meter to VFS global and approximately 500 meter to a big shopping mall, Taurous, where you can find all the brands you may look for in Turkey and a food court. For exchanging your money you need to walk for about 20-25 minutes. So you do not need to spend your money on transportation.The breakfast was excellent and the swimming pool was free for the guests from 9 A.M. to 10 P.M. and it was really clean. So my son could enjoy swimming. Totally, I strongly recommend the hotel.

The rooms are spacious and nice and the spa is lovely and made the hotel stay worth it. But the missing level of English by 85% of the staff is shocking for a five star hotel. The first room we received smelled of sewage. We received a new room, which was better. No compensation for the inconvenience. The room keys continuously stopped working. The air conditioning could only be switched on off remotely by calling the front desk. Which was not always easy, because the night staff, did not speak English. The location of the hotel is very sad. Nothing around there. Forgot having an evening stroll. The breakfast was extremely disappointing. Turkish breakfast is my favourite and it seems like the hotel went out of its way to offer bland tomatoes and cucumbers and tasteless cheeses. I had to ask for things like olive oil, which should be available at the buffet, which a again was below par.

Good hotel with optimal service, the rooms are quite old style but kept in optimal state. The beds were good and overall room was well clean. WiFi should be improved a bit.

This hotel is very nice The employees are very respectful٫ I am in the hotel now The room was delivered to us very quickly, Reception staff are wonderful And The restaurant staff is very kind٫ It has a big and clean swimming pool and also Sauna, jacuzzi and Thaimassage٫ Also a big gym The pool staff are very polite It is a few steps away from the Canadian Embassy I thank the hotel management And from all the kind employees here 🙏🙏🌸
