I lived in Micasainn for one year in Madrid! If you’re new to the city, it’s the best place to live! The costs, locations and facilities are all super helpful for students. The staff took care of me and helped me with anything I needed. The residents are now my family. I would highly recommend micasainn and I would love to go back! ❣️

Horrible experience short summary (I wrote a review before but I cannot find it here anymore): First 2 weeks of my stay no hot water. Room was alright, nothing special but nothing bad. THEY DO NOT RETURD DEPOSITS. It’s been 2 months and I’m pretty sure they blocked my phone.

SCAMMERS: the owner is a sad person that can’t make money without scamming students who already don’t have money. They do not return your deposit block your number so you can’t call them and use as an excuse the fact that it’s a external company that processes the return of the deposit. It’s been 4 months since I stayed and I still don’t have my deposit back or any information. Really stay away from them, so manny better options in Madrid.

Really awful and unprofessional real estate company who are only out to make as much money as possible and not to make your experience an enjoyable one. For example when the hot water broke and it took them 2 weeks to send someone to fix it or when the wifi broke and no one responded to any emails. The price is way too expensive for what it is, in a city where the standard rent is 200 euros cheaper. Do not waste your time or money with this accomodation.
