Good place to stay for a few days! It seems like the hotel made a big step into the right direction, comparing the reviews to my experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful, my room was clean and the breakfast was good! Its in the center of taksim, so expect some nightlife going on :-)

We experienced significant issues during our stay at the hotel. Firstly, for two days, we didn't have access to clean water, and for one whole day, we didn't even have water for basic toilet flushing. The situation was worsened by the fact that the water that eventually came out was yellow and unhygienic, making it impossible for us to brush our teeth or take a shower. Additionally, the condition of the hotel was subpar. There was an unpleasant odor, and despite informing the staff about it, they did not provide any assistance. Moreover, the fridge in our room did not function properly throughout our stay, and when we brought this to their attention, they showed no concern. When I requested a refund for the poor quality of our stay, the hotel staff was dismissive, claiming that refunds were not possible. We were also disheartened to discover that they were mocking us and making fun of our family in their native language, even though we understood their comments. Overall, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise against prepaying for any future accommodations, and I hope that management takes these issues seriously to improve the quality of their service.

Stayed at this hotel for two nights and was a very disappointing stay. The electronic key cards to the rooms were broken so everytime we wanted to access our room, we had to ask the reception staff to let us in. The pool was also shut for maintenance the whole time we were there and no-one informed us of this when we checked in. When we requested a partial refund (as we were paying full price for a partial service), the manager was quite rude and just kept saying it was not their fault and they did not give refunds. We would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone else. The 2 stars are for the location and breakfast which were quite good.

Well here go I've stayed at this hotel eight times in the last six months so the problem's are not over one visit but the last two visits was to much the two visits was eight weeks and two weeks on the last visit stayed for three nights had to move rooms three times the first time we was in same room as last time 410 which had no hot AC and no hot water so got to room check AC and hot water not working again so had to change to 407 this was dangerous the AC was difficult to breath and hot water that hot it take your skin off so had to move again to 610 all ok but in the middle of the day no AC no hot water went to reception got a electric heater for the. night because checking out next day all they say at reception sorry problems but they telling the same story to me which come to the hotel all the time but say something to reception they take it as attack on them and the manger of the hotel email him about the visits we had Nothing not a reply so rang him he found the email I'll get back to you and a big nothing ask for a refund big no in twelve months would have stay here between 15 and 20 times so im not a person one are two reviews this shuod be best hotel in Istanbul but with wrong staff and very bad manger so if your booking definitely check these things and 610 as well of the problem no clothes hangers plug sockets hanging out the wall bath room light out and no tv not working and I had another booking in two weeks but just cancelled it so if I hear everything I'll let you know

It is a real 4 star hotel. The location is near Istiklal street but not crowded. It is close to Galata and has access to Şişhane Metro station as well as Karaköy - Beyoğlu Funicular Station. You can walk to Karaköy station through Galata and for coming back can use Karaköy - Beyoğlu Funicular Station (iETT). Breakfast, Sona and swimming pool was included and I really enjoy.
