Me and my husband was a guest at this hotel about a week ago we had to pay $110 deposit which we still have not received back. The young lady that was at the front desk said it should be on our card by the time we got back home as we were traveling from out of town a week later still not there it says it’s pending he’s been calling still hasn’t received it the room had a really strong odor. I don’t know what it was but it smelled like it had been like closed up for all the money we paid for that room. It was not worth it for the odor , the appearance Everything looked nice, but it didn’t smell nice

I love ❤️ this hotel/casino. Me and my family had a ton of fun even tho we didn’t win much it was still a great time. Rooms were nice and clean. Coffee was delicious downstairs towards the front entrance. We played a ton of different slots only won 40$ lol 😂 pool is getting remodeled can’t wait to come back and see it.

I know poker players read this. If you're thinking of making a trip out to this casino don't do it. The rooms are nice enough but the dealers are rude, the floor guys are rude. Its actually a rule that all tables should have an official language at the tables but not here. It's the wild west I guess. Not only this, but Miccosukee police literally sit outside the entrance and wait for someone to do ANYTHING wrong and pull them over. I've been watching this from my window all day and night for 2 days straight. What an awesome perk huh?!?! Don't bother. But regardless, WE BACK

This hotel is a great deal if you’re looking for something affordable and somewhat in the middle of the Keys and Miami. We got a deluxe suite king and it’s massive! Totally big enough for even two couples to share if one set slept on pullout couch. Nice hotel overall. Clean. Great service. Casino does not have game tables other than a small poker room but we didn’t choose this for the casino so it was fine. Parking is plenty and free. We would stay here again.
