The host and hostess are very friendly and kind, they gave us many information about the surrounding, such as shopping locations, nice restaurants, skiing and golfing locations. Which are all very helpful for us to get around. The accommodation comes with free parking, so it's no problem if you want to rent a car a drive around all scenic spots. This accommodation is also near the center of many famous traveling attractions, so you can save a lot of time driving everywhere. I really like the design of our room, especially the dining area, with good quality wooden furniture, gives me a sense of home, and my family can relax to chat and share snacks with each other. The bedrooms are very cozy, their good quality beddings help me to gain my energy back from the tiring skiing. If you ask me where will I recommend for accommodation in Sapporo, I will say Miidokoro House Hotel, definitely will come and visit again.

The hotel is conveniently located within the city centre and a five minute walk from the nearest tram station and convenience stores. The rooms were clean, warm, spacious and came with a full suite of amenities such as a separate shower, toilet, washing machine and kitchen to prepare meals. The owners, Kevin and Vivian were very hospitable and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. I would highly recommend the place to all who are planning to travel to Sapporo.

Overall we had a pleasant stay here with 4 bedrooms shared among 2 families of total 10 people, including 2 kids at age 9. Highly recommended for family travel, especially for the size of 8 - 10. The hosts are extremely friendly and approachable, offering plenty of guides, helps (pick us up from nearby bus station) and information that made our stays as easy as possible.

We had a wonderful stay here! Welcoming hosts, a clean and cozy room, and everything one may need for their stay there! We were able to make a nice simple dinner of our own with the kitchen and with many supermarkets around. Only a five minute walk to the tram station that we were easily able to explore the city of Sapporo! It is also in a safe and quiet neighbourhood that would ensure you to have a good night sleep after a long day of adventure. A great thank you to the hosts for welcoming us and taking care of us during our stay there. Will definitely come back for my next stay in Sapporo. :D

My family and I had a glorious stay at Miidokoro House! Kevin and Vivian were such gracious hosts. They arranged delicious authentic Japanese breakfasts for us daily and took care of all logistics for visiting the local sights. We stayed on the 3rd floor which was comprised of three ensuite bedrooms, a tatami room and a common dining room and kitchen. The bedrooms were thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed - from humidifier to hair dryer. The common area provided the perfect venue to gather with our family and friends. The kitchen included coffee maker, hot water boiler, microwave, refrigerator and plenty of cutlery and dishware. The hotel itself was conveniently located less than two blocks from a train stop. I would highly recommend staying here especially if you are traveling as a group or with children.
