Milano dreams was the perfect spot for our 4 days vacations. Stefano is a super-friendly host, that helped us providing all the necessary infos about the city. Very cozy and safe place to spend our days. Definitely recommend it and going back there!!

In light of my previous review about Biso’s Milano dreams property, I feel compelled to add further context in response to the owner’s reply. My initial concern stemmed from the lack of assistance during my delayed flight. There was no communication from the property, contrary to what was claimed in the response. I received no messages, emails, or calls, leaving me stranded without guidance or a point of contact. This lack of proactive communication significantly affected my experience, and the claim of attempted contact does not align with my experience. It’s crucial for potential guests to understand that in situations of unexpected delays, the support and responsiveness from the property may not be as forthcoming as one would expect. This experience highlights a gap in customer service that future guests should be aware of.

What an amazing experience at Milano Dreams! A great location in the center of the best shopping street in Milan. A big, comfortable and well maintained room and above all, the owner and manager, Stefano, a beautiful soul who helped us with all of our questions and requests throughout our stay. The next time we’re in Milan we’re definitely coming back to Milano Dreams.
