Had a pleasant stay here. Room and bathroom was tidy and clean. The whole place is cozy. I really liked the plants in front of the hotel and reception.. They offer bike rent as well.

Clean and decent stay near city center. The receptionist was super nice and helpful. Rooms are small but adequate with basic amenities. Rather quiet at night though other guests can be loud. During the day, construction in the neighborhood can be quite annoying and for some reason, nearby shops play super loud dance music at 6 in the morning. This place doesn’t offer any views of nature since it’s in the city area. Anyway, a decent and affordable stay.

Reasonable price, great location, close to center area. Bright room with window. No view for my room just normal construction view. Decent room with enough amenities, fair enough for the price. But theres no AC in room so in summer pretty hot in night time. Overall experience is good for short stays 2-3 days. Location close to eateries and shops.

Bad customer services ever. Try to charge more money, rude with customer. Called to book the room before step in they said we can check in at 10am but when we arrived they said only allow to check in at 2pm or pay extra 300vnd - 400vnd to check in now. Avoid our argument until heard that we'll find another hotel then that lady pretending call to someone then said to us that still have room available. So ridiculous, hope you guys find a right place to enjoy your's holiday

We checked in 21 October for 3 nights. The first night went well but by the next day, we are appalled to find out that their hotel policy is to change bedsheets every 2 days. First of all, we did not request to change on the first day because we checked in late and their housekeeping lady had gone home. The next morning, we noticed that there were blood stains on the pillows and both me and my girlfriend are not bleeding or anything. Therefore, we specifically requested the front counter to change the bedsheets before going out. When we are back, the blood stains are still there! We requested the front counter to change the sheets immediately, the lady at the front counter changed our pillows instead and told us about their "2 days change of sheets policy". I told her that the blood stains on the pillows were there before we checked in. With a sacastic chuckle, she told us to inform the housekeeping tomorrow as they were off for the day. For travellers with hygiene concerns, do not consider this hotel at all.
