I had actually booked at the hotel next door but was asked to move to the millennium Hanoi hotel due to the aircon being broken. Staff were fine, location is good but the room was very unclean - sticky residue on the bed side table like an old spilt drink, dirt and other people's hair all over the floor, oily residue on other tables. The place didn't feel clean at all. Thankfully the beds were fine. We left to find a cleaner hotel the next day.

I booked and paid on Traveloka. When I arrived in Hanoi and checked in, the receptionist was quite surprised by my appearance, then she checked and informed me that the room I booked had not been paid by the customer, she gave me 2 directions. - Upgrade my room and I will have to pay an additional 150,000 vnd, she thinks this is already the support of the hotel because normally this room is more expensive, but she doesn't know the problem here is that I don't need this type of room, I just want to stay in the room I booked - She will return the money I booked and she also knows that it is difficult to find another hotel at that time I have to pay extra to check in because I didn't have much time to travel and find another hotel in a good location on the weekend. The experience I have here is: - I was not welcomed with preparation from the hotel - The hotel's solution is unprofessional and does not respect the rights of customers - The room was not commensurate with the price I paid, and did not feel airy and clean like the one in the picture
