Should have read the reviews here first!!! Easily the dirtiest most bartered rooms I’ve ever seen. Being a work trip I typically get a 4 star minimum. This hotel is not 4 stars. I’d argue it’s not even 3. The reception is nice. That’s about it. The rooms are horrendous. Filthy, dirty and battered furniture with the horrendous smell of stinking carpet that looks like it hasn’t been changed since the 70’s. The hallways are a bit better on the carpet front, however the ceiling tiles are dirty and not sitting correctly with gaps everywhere. Even the signs in the halls are scruffy and need restoration or replacement. The bathroom had black mold on the tiles, the shower is actually a bath - 4 stars - really? The best part for me was the tee/ coffee making facilities. There was no plug near the kettle, so had to move the kettle elsewhere. Just an absolute shambles of a setup. Needs a full makeover and staff that maintain it to them standards to get near a 4 star rating. They also stop running the Airport shuttle from 11:00 to 16:00 meaning they want you out of the room by 11:00 or you will be getting a taxi as it’s not walkable. I asked for a 2 hour room extension as my flight was later to be informed the hotel was full. That was quite surprising as it seemed quite empty to me over the previous 2 days (today is Wednesday). Overall I would be horrified to pay my own money for this experience and would quite likely have left as soon as I seen the room. I actually regret it and shall be advising the travel company who booked this trip (who have a massive clientele), to never book anyone into this hotel ever again.

DO NOT GO! Nothing works there. No internet, no shuttle bus, no internal swimming pool( as they say). Unbelievable wired staff. Two loby bars. The first bar serves beer for 7,5 euros closing at 22:00. After 22:00, the second bar (2m far away) serves the same beer for 9 euros. Ridiculous I'd like just to thank the breakfast staff, a gentleman, and a lady working so hard every morning. Thank you personally.

Mr. Selim, the receptionist who is working tonight 22/01 ridiculously laughed at me with some clients who were there to check in. The reason was that I asked his colleague if they were selling water because at my arrival there was no water in the room. It was 2 am and even their vending machine didn't have water. This disrespectful guy laughed at me saying some words in french. How can you hire people like this in a hotel ? Even if a random stranger came asking for water in any culture in the world they would give him. Where is the humanity ? How can you laugh at someone because they are thirsty and tell me to go buy it by myself. It was 2 am !!! It's water !!! I didn't ask for anything else. I was polite and respectful. These people have no humanity or dignity. Shame on the management of this hotel. Shame on you !!!!

Mr. Selim the guy who was tonight at the reception was ridiculously laughing at me with other clients because i asked for a bottle of water. The other guy helped me giving me one bottle. Is this a hotel ? If i was the managed i would feel ashamed. There is no phone and no water in the room. This is not possible. He told me to go outside to buy it. It is 2 am and there is no vending machine in the hotel. I would highly recommend you to fire this disrespectful man

We received accommodations here for an overnight delayed flight. Considering the alternative was sleeping in the airport, this was nice. Room was quiet, bed was clean, sushi restaurant and bar were decent. We would not have spent our own money to stay here but all circumstances considered it was a nice stay. (We decided to taxi both ways to avoid the shuttle, was quite chaotic)
