This is one of my go to places whenever I come to dubai. I love the green environment,the lake view and the sound of birds with their beautiful chirping. The breakfast is great and the servers are kind and attentive. I would like to thank Lina who especially took care of us and ensured we had everything we needed.

Whilst the location was further away from central Dubai, it was the perfect getaway from the bustling city and the peace was something we looked forward to at the end of our day of being out and about. The service staff was helpful and friendly, greeting us every day, helping us when needed, etc. The daily cleaning was not consistent as there were days we had one towel instead of two, and we saw a small piece of wrapper under our bed, which was not from us. But overall, the room was clean, nicely maintained, comfortable and good enough for us to crash our tired selves after a day of exploring. We were lucky to get the room with the view of the lake, although the carpark view was quite nice at night too as there were no obstructions - like those you get in the city center. There was also somewhat like a mall connected to the hotel which had a supermarket, making it very convenient to shop for items, or to buy food. And the range of food places in front of the hotel and around the lake, with reasonable prices, really makes this place a good choice for stay. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a restful stay during their itinerary-packed vacation.

Our stay at Copthorne Lakeview Hotel was a pleasure. The staff was kind and helpful - especially Mousa and Charlotte who went out of their way to make our stay nice. The rooms were clean, well-furnished (mini fridge, kettle, iron, etc), and comfortable. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay! The attached pictures are the view towards the city, the attached pool / restaurant area, and the picture of the front entrance.

Where to begin! Staying out here for 3+ months due to work and everyone here has been like an extended member of family. The welcome the staff give you along with the care & attention each time you see them is faultless. Gellie at Starbucks is an absolute Earth angel, always smiling and knows all of our orders even though there is approx 20 of us in the team! All of the management team take their time to say hello and speak with you as do the team on reception, the people in the restaurant, everyone is just amazing! They have made a stay away from home, a lot easier! Facilities are great too and the hotel is in a good location.
