Travelling in Tokyo with little kids can be challenging, so it was nice to have a bit more space, including a kitchenette and dining area. The bathroom was great. Staff at reception were very helpful. The location was convenient.

Reception staff very accommodating - we arrived early after a long flight and were shattered, and we.managed to get into our room a bit early. The room we stayed in (family river view theatre room) makes good use of the space - bunk beds and two singles pushed together, kitchenette and seating area with separate toilet and shower/bathroom. It's in a great location, very close to Asakusa Station, as you'd expect, which is great for getting around. There's also loads of shopping and souvenirs. Only gripe I have is that there is a small amount of building work around the river side of the hotel which seems to start around 3am, and if you're a light sleeper it can be heard. Beyond that, I would definitely recommend.

Would definitely come back and stay here. Staff were very kind and helpful. Location you can’t beat, it is in between 2 metro stations less than 5 min apart. Having use of laundry services were wonderful as well as the kitchen in your room. We arrived early and luckily our room was available to check in. There is a small early check in fee which is well worth it.
