Great spot to have a lively night out with the gang and have some punchy flavourful cuisine. Favourites were the Cucumber Salad, Shrimp toast and not pictured Hunan Bass, spicy but the kind that you can’t stop eating. Would go back to drink the salad dressing alone.

Solid 4 stars, beautiful decor & atmosphere, very good service, good drinks, and good food. Not perfect, especially if you have some decent Chinese food experiences under your belt, but you'll enjoy it nonetheless. There is some spice depending on the dish, so be warned. I enjoyed the meal, came out to about $170 per person after tax, tip, tea ceremony, sake, 2 bottles of wine, and a panda cocktail. So it's actually not too badly priced all things considered. Definitely worth trying at least once. Here's the detail of what we ordered for a group of 5 (decided against the chef's choice tasting menu since we wanted to be selective in the ordering): Smacked cucumber salad 16 - not bad, felt the cucumber was a little too soft Shrimp toast (4) 22 - like others, enjoyed this the most. Nice large shrimp at the centre of the yoast Stuff chicken wings (4) 18 - really good! Sort of like the Chinese salt baked chicken without having to deal with bones White Cut Pork Belly 18 - definite skip. Pork belly is ok, not crispy but rather steamed I think. Covered in sambal chilli sauce with some sliced cucumbers. Gets spicy if you take bites of sambal Hidden crispy chicken 37 - really good Sichuan chilli flavour. Be warned that this does have some heat to it. Also numbs your tongue for those who haven't had Sichuan chilli's before. House char Siu 39 - luckily we got a nice fatty piece. A crowd pleaser for sure. Stir fried rice rolls 23 - not bad, sort of like thick rolls of beef chow fun...if you order the 4 ft belt noodle, probably skip this 4 feet belt noodle 30 - good noodle that's housemade. They do a whole little show stretching it out. Slightly spicy as well. Charred cabbage 14 - definitely order! Nice char flavour with hint of Sichuan chilli. Will numb tongue slightly. Supreme fried rice 33 scallops on side - definite skip. Rice was way too salty and didn't take into account the saltiness of the fish roe or Chinese sausage. Should've ordered the seaweed fried rice. Clarified tea ceremony 72 - not bad. Served the table of 5 about 1.5 drinks each, and was well flavoured and boozy. They also had a really good sake for 72 (that was the cheapest one!)
