Located on a busy street in the heart of Hanoi's night market area, this is good hotel which provides almost everything you need during your trip to Hanoi. The rooms are very small (similar to other hotels in the area) making unpacking a large suitcase quite difficult. Other than that, there is not much to complain about as all other essentials were provided by the hotel.The staff were courteous and spoke good English. They even help with booking tours and cabs for the visitors (although the prices for the tours were about 5-10 USD higher than tour agents outside). The location is just superb, you dont need a bike/cab for the most part. I would recommend it to others.

Exceptional standard of hotel. I was traveling Asia for 2 months and stayed in this hotel for one night on the 24th of July due to a flight cancellation. It was excellent value and of a very high standard. Spacious room, nice bathroom and a Very comfy bed. I got an amazing sleep after a long week. This is in the perfect location in Hanoi with lots to do and see on beer street and other areas. I unfortunately didn’t get to try the food but I was even offered a takeaway breakfast by the staff as my flight was so early and the breakfast had not opened yet. Most of all the staff were just amazing, so attentive and they even upgraded my room for free upon arrival and offered me a discounted massage in their wonderful spa. The rooftop bar is also great for a relaxing drink overlooking beer street and the bar staff are very friendly. If you are in Hanoi and want a good value, clean, good location hotel with incredible staff this is the place for you. My kindest regards to all in Mina from Ireland.🇮🇪🇻🇳 From, Conor

Had an excellent 4 night stay at the Mina Hotel! The rooms were beautiful, quiet despite the raucous activity nearby, and very clean (great bathrooms!). The staff is excellent and speak English well. The front desk helped organize a fantastic cooking class, coordinate laundry service without issue, and schedule driver to Ha Long Bay on a few hours notice. Couldn’t be happier :).
