If you've got big luggage, don't go to the top room or any other room above second floor because you have to walk it up upstairs. The place is stupidly clean and the showers are lovely and hot with eco environmental style and very modern. Nice fast Wi-Fi and the staff are very friendly. Why would you need to spend big money if you want to stay for a month. Beds are clean but are very firm. Try and get a room with them window. Otherwise, you might feel like you're in a prison, but a good person at that. At the end of the day you're not there to eat the curtains. You want to go out and experience and spend the money on good times. Trust policy no big deposit and you can put your key in the box. There is a supermarket across the road and you can get the cheapest beer like 40 baht and 60 for a big one. Plus every other bit of food you want to eat. Location fantastic!. Very modern inside and freshly painted with great TVs.

Location is perfect (near to bangla road if you want to go night everyday), not noisy place Rooms are so good compared to the prices and clean also staff are available The only concern if it’s okay with you to go to your room to third or forth floor without elevator

Booked a room with a "balcony", they gave me a first floor room next to the reception. At 6am they turned on some kind of loud machine, which was so loud I couldn't sleep.

We didnt spend much time in room but everything for our suprises were splendid. For people to visit Bangla road aka patong walking street this hotel has perfect location. We had room without windows butwe didnt need them anyway. Bathroom was nice and big. My biggest grip was lqck of electric socket in bathroom but room had plenty of them in various random locations. Secind was lack of any shelf all our things were on ground or our suitcases. Service was perfect with everyday fresh towels. Price was main reason we got this hotel since we visited Surin islands overnight and were in Phuket as stepping rock. One more thing there was very nice street food restaurant on the left of the hotel with super nice lady would give 7/5 stars with rice...worth visit to experience real food (with great prices) not that touristy food which i hate.

The rooms have nothing to complain about. Comfortable bed, WiFi worked well. Close to both the beach and the main street. The only reason why I give 4 stars is the noise. Woke up every day during our stay to the sound of hammering and drilling probably from the building next door. The owners were kind and offered us another room but could not guarantee that the situation would be better so we stayed in the same room.
