The good: spacious and cheap for the size. It's within walking distance of Machiya station. Lots of izakaya nearby. The rooms have cutlery and plates/bowls, so you can make your own food from the supermarket if you're on a budget. The bad: the 2 stars is mostly for cleanliness; there was a large mystery stain on the sofa, a white powder all over the washing machine, half the plates were dirty, our clothes came out of the wash covered in white lint (I recommend using a coin laundry), there was a sticky residue outside of our door, and the third night our kitchen smelled like urine. In addition, when I tried to exit the building via the stairway, all of the doors leading to the lobby/outside were locked from the other side. Is that not a fire hazard? If you don't mind sacrificing cleanliness for space and value, this place isn't bad. I just wish there had been a bit more care taken to at least make sure our plates were properly washed, or that their washing machine doesn't ruin their guests' clothes.

We had a nice stay at the hotel. Stayed room 601 which came with a nice view. Lift a bit small so take note might need to have 2 trips if come in family with luggage. Hotel has 3 parking lots, very narrow space so take note. Heater can be set , we did it at 46 degrees so its a good temperature (with a bit of cold water) without risk of scalding. Overall a good place. Food is available readily nearby. Reception is available via LINE.

The apartment is clean and the size was just right for a family of 6. Location is great being close to subway and JR Lines. Plenty of food options just right at the front door. Though I think that the property is too plain and simple for its price. There are plenty of unused space which could be improved to make the place more functional and cozy. For example by adding ambiant lighting, decorations, and furnitures.

Great room, but the service is not always good. This is not like a normal hotel with receptionist, but you need to type your query on a tablet. Sometimes you get the response immediately, sometimes not. But probably also because they expect to get a quick reply after their response. The case in point: the bidet in our toilet sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. Told them about this (using the tablet) and we went out immediately without waiting for the response. Just read their reply at night as we came back, and they said that they will check the bidet, and asking whether we prefer to be in the room when they check or they can check when we're out. Replied to them that they can check afternoon the next day, when we're out. The next morning checked the tablet; there's no response from them. Then went out the whole day, and back at night. Checked the bidet, it still sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. Probably they didn't check the bidet, or maybe they checked it but couldn't fix it. But if that's the case, they should have replied to the last message about asking them to check the bidet when we're out. Anyway, the room is big; there's even a dining table and washing machine inside. The location is also not too bad, only around 10 mins walk to the nearest train station.
