In the room we felt like at home, very comfortable and cute. It gives the sensation to live a daily japanese life. Everything was perfect, really nice room with all we needed. The projector tv was a really appreciated plus, we used it for watching anime! We also used the washing machine for washing our clothes and it was ok. I suggest to provide the clothes detergent for making the process more easy.

Excellent location if you're on the JR Pass. Room was clean, no frills but comfortable. Family mart round the corner made it convenient to stock up on drinking water and coffee.

self service check in with an iPad and video camera and no physical person! Upon calling on the iPad, a staff member activates your stay and provides the code to get into the locked doors. There was a microwave, stove and provided kitchen supplies. Washer machine and 1 detergent. Huge projector for at-home entertainment. Spacious in comparison to my other stays for the same price point. Less than 10 min away from the train. A few steps away from the Family Mart.

Good size rooms and came with washer/dryer. Need to use LINE to contact hotel services like getting more laundry liquid. Check in wasn’t too difficult just no human contact so you need to do the pre-check in forms then on the day scan the QR code and press on the video conference button the tablet at the front desk then check back on your pre-check in page and reload it then you will get a code to the door and your room. Many people struggled with the front door. You need to press CALL first followed by the code as written in Japanese on the top so having an English sign may help. Also yes it is close to the east exit of the Shin Osaka station but from the distance from ticket gate to the exit is as long as the distance from exit to hotel.
