One of the top choice to live in the center of district 1, located in the middle of everywhere, 10mins walk to le thanh ton food street. Access to the building with the finger prints so it give you the best access privacy since it is not so many short term lease ! They have a very nice park and a harbor, i dint think you can find any where with an ecosystem like this in center of district 1 :)
