This has been our favorite stay in Vietnam by far. Miss Ten goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable and at home. The rooms are amazing, the location is close to everything you want to do, and Miss Ten offers everything you would need (coffee/fruit in the mornings, motorbike rental, laundry, etc.). We would come back to Hoi An just to stay with her again!

Have read many good reviews but very disappointed during my staying in Miss Ten. She seems just be nice and kind with foreigners. When we arrived, she just gave keys without smile. Room is clean but no blanket, only the duvet cover. When we asked for the blanket and more pillows, she looked annoyed and said that why we want too much (????) then she just gave one duvet, and said “no more pillows” (??) She closed door and turned all lights off at around 9pm. We felt uncomfortable staying there, we paid for room but no service and feel like in jail. Also when we checked out, she directly came into the room without knocking door at 11.30am and asked us return room. We gave room back around 12.10pm, she was unhappy and didn’t ask if guests feel comfortable or not, also no say goodbye. Very disappointed, never come back again !!!!

Miss Ten is the most wonderful hostess and treated us like family from the moment we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble and she went out of her way to help us find everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. She is very House proud, so the rooms and all areas were kept beautifully clean and tidy. Our room was very spacious, comfortable and quiet and we had a lovely balcony overlooking the street. The location is excellent with well stocked Mini Marts a stones throw away and just a short walk away from the hustle and bustle of the Night Markets and Old Town. There are so many places to stay in Hoi An that it’s hard to make a choice but I promise that you can’t go wrong if you choose to stay with Miss Ten.

If I had the option to put 10 stars, I would. Miss Ten, was the most welcoming woman I encountered in Vietnam. She is so charming, has a sense of a mother. The rooms are excellent, cozy, clean. Miss Tan takes care of free fruit and coffee in the morning, you can rent a bikes and walk around the city easily even for free. The feeling in the home stay is a feeling of home. Recommends everyone to come and stay at her place!
