I booked this hotel last minute and arrived 5 hours after my expected arrival. I was tired and irritated. The kiosk was not very helpful, but the gentleman at the front desk was very polite and checked me in anyway instead of cancelling my reservation. I am highly appreciative of just having a bed and a clean room after a less than mediocre day of traveling.

The room was clean and comfortable, but their TV had no signal most of the time. It was very difficult for me to check in at their machine at 11:00 pm. The hotel had no human receptionist after 2:00 pm. On the sidewalk of the street, you encounter the hotel's machine that either welcomes you or dismisses you. I had a prior reservation, but their computerized machine refused to check me in. I had to wait outside in the dark for more than an hour till an acquaintance managed to come and assist me in that regard. The hotel puts a phone number for emergency, but no one responds to it. Let alone the fact that I was not informed about the unusual nature of this hotel before my arrival. The website of the hotel does not seem to include the actual picture of the hotel doors. They put an attractive picture of a neighboring historical building. The entrance of the hotel is hard to be found on the ground. One sees a big door of a parking space. You have to use your room card to open it and to cross this garage. Then, you have to use your card to open another small door that leads to the interior of the hotel where you have to figure out by yourself where you are supposed to go in its corridors. It's a bit of a spooky maze for a newcomer. In short, the hotel is good for business, but not for entertainment. It is too boring.

Good afternoon. Nice accommodation. Very clean and everything in the room was spotless. However, the only very significant disadvantage was that there were no clear instructions on how to get inside the room. I waited for more than an hour and only then was I answered by the phone number listed on the website. A very nice girl helped me. For this one minus, I gave the overall rating of 4 stars.

We are very disappointed we booked this hotel. Before we even arrived in Berlin, we had asked them if an early check-in was possible through their website but we got no answer to that. Eventually we did arrive early at their hotel (at about 9:30am) and we got lucky someone was there, because otherwise we wouldn’t have been able to get to our room at all. The receptionist seemed to be quite annoyed we got there early and had asked for an early check-in because we hadn’t contacted them, when in fact we had emailed them and applied for an early check-in through their website. But luckily we were able to get into our room after all. We stayed in this hotel for four nights and when we arrived we only had half a roll of toilet paper. We assumed we would get new toilet paper after the cleaners came. But when we came back later that evening there was none. Even the next day we didn’t get new toilet paper so we wrote on a paper to ask for new toilet paper. They only replied with ‘keine sorry :)’ (none sorry) on the paper and gave us a box of tissues instead. The next day we asked a cleaner face to face if there was any toilet paper and she only said “keine sorry”. Very strange seeing the fact there is a Lidl a 5 minute walk from the hotel, just buy some toilet paper there for your guests instead of giving them a lousy box of tissues. The only plus side of this hotel was that it was cheap and quite clean. But that’s it. Never staying here again!

Worst hotel ever! Room service was so poor I didn't even get a soap or a shampoo in my room. The breakfast menu which I paied almost 10€ for was a low quality collection of marmallads and bread. When I asked for refilling the empty plate of egg they told me they cannot make more, even though it was 8:30 and another hour for breakfast time remained. They told me to have something else. Comparatively it was an expensive room for not having anything. And ten euros for cheese sandwich
