Ml Apartment - Caracalla 2

Great location (opposite the bus stop), next to a large grocery store, very quiet. Sunny, on the 7th floor. Getting to Ciampino airport from the building in less than an hour for 1.5 Euro. Spacious rooms, clean. What I would improve is: low pressure of hot water in the shower (you have to turn on the water in the kitchen at the same time for the thermal bath to start heating), in addition, there are no wine glasses, the dishwasher doesn't work, the toilet seat is old, the balcony is cluttered. But overall, definitely a plus, very good quality/price ratio, I recommend it as an economical option to stay in Rome for a family of 5. Thank you Laura for allowing us to leave our luggage after check-out.

A nice house in a good location. The most important sights are within walking distance. We had a room in the apartment on the 3rd floor. A bedside lamp in the bedroom was broken and there was no ceiling lighting at all. No bed linen. Just a thin sheet under the blanket, which certainly isn't washed after every guest. But it's fine for sleeping. The bathroom in the hallway belonging to the room was a nightmare. Apart from the fact that everything was pretty worn out, it hadn't been cleaned for a long time. The glass shelf on the sink under the mirror has broken away and is hanging crooked; there was dust and dirt on it, probably several weeks old. The second glass shelf above the towel rails didn't look any better, but was at least intact. The lighting on the mirror was also broken. Every now and then you could see silverfish darting through the bathroom, dirt everywhere in the corners. People didn't dare set a bare foot on the tiles. It was disgusting to get in and out of the shower. Showering was the next problem. Almost no water pressure and only hot water for a very short time. Good thing it was just a short vacation. Cheers to dry shampoo, washing your hair would have been a daily task in this shower... We didn't use the living area because we were out all day. Everything you need seems to be there and is reasonably clean. There is a small balcony facing the inner courtyard. Apparently it serves more as a storage area. Among other things, there is an apparently defective, discarded washing machine there. A good accommodation as a starting point for day trips, but the pictures don't keep what they promise.
