Comfiest bed I think I have ever slept in! Room and view very nice with all the amenities. Especially the bath and shower that also have great views. Room does need some TLC though, bathroom socket was loose, drench shower didn't work and made an awful noise, carpets need a good deep clean, lifts were slow and breakfast was average. However, please don't let this put you off as these were minor things. The pool and staff were great and it was a great base for exploring Bangkok.

Huge hotel with more than 30 floors in a very comfortable area of Bangkok. Great view, very nice rooftop bar and friendly service all the way 👍🏻 Only points in the rooms were the air conditioner doesn’t worked as it should, some lights didn’t worked, shaver mirror felt apart and holder for the toilet paper was not attached right… but who cares if you have this view from your bed 🙏🏻🌇

Great view from room pool and rooftop bar. Rooms were large and nice. Not the most inspiring area but v convenient for metro and quick transfer to Riverside. Cost of drinks from bar was OK except for cost of soft drinks which were v expensive (450bht for a water, insane!). Generally hotel was very good value for money!

We pre-booked with our travel agent to stay here twice, once when we arrived and then when we came back. There are 3 things which other travellers should be aware of: 1) Location. It's next to a sky train station so that's great but to get to the tourist areas you'll need to change to the metro. If I was staying in Bangkok again as a tourist I'd want to stay closer to Chinatown or nearer the centre. I didn't find the local area particularly inspring or easy to get around. 2) Rooms. The rooms are pleasant enough although typically bland. The odd thing is the light switches. There's a console by the bed that creates a range of settings. It's completely unecessary as all you want is to control the bedroom lights and bathroom lights independently. If you get up in the middle of the night it's like playing jeopardy as to what lights you're switiching on and whether you'll wake your partner up. Totally unnecessary and frustrating. 3) Check out process. This happened on both occassions the last one really disappointing and quite upsetting. We needed to leave at 4.30am to catch a flight and said on check in that we needed to do this. When we checked out at 4.30am we were told that we couldn't leave without a member of staff checking if we had taken anything from the fridge. The fridge contained 2 x cokes and 2 x sprites. I explained we didn't get up early just so they could check our room and that I wanted to leave. While this only took 5 mins, it was time I didn't calculate in and was frustrated by it. I've never come across this process in any other hotel I've ever stayed in and take a position of distrust. Other hotels either take me at my word when I say I haven't taken anything or they take my credit card for additional expenses (which this hotel had as well) or they don't have a mini bar and use room service. For the sake of up to 4 cans this felt petty, unnecessary and left us feeling like we are theieves. I will never stay here again based on this poor process.
