Loved the location! Amazingly calm and just next door to the old town. You simply needed to cross a small bridge. Worth noting is that the bridge was highly trafficked and the side walk next to non-existent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The cherry on the top was the room. It had a nice view of the river and the bathroom was modern and very clean. We were also positively surprised by the fact that everything in the mini bar was free and refilled once per day.

My partner and I had 4 amazing nights at Bay Resort, we loved everything about it. Our room was very generous in size and had a lovely view of the pool and river. Breakfast was amazing, so much to choose from and great coffee. The staff were all so lovely, big thank you to Tin for making our stay extra special, we can’t wait to come back. Thank you!

We stayed over Christmas and we had an excellent experience at this hotel. The staff were very warm and friendly and you could tell there was intention and effort with everything they did. From responding to requests, support with reserving tours and transport and even singing Christmas carols and performing for our Christmas banquet. The food and service in the restaurant was outstanding also! Great location for exploring old town Hoi An. Would stay again!

If I ever come back again to Hoi An, this would be my only preferred hotel. This 5 star hotel is really worth every penny, covering in extraordinary every aspect of a good holiday and accommodation. The rooms are a modern design, with excellent AC, spacious, bright with great blackout curtains The restaurant offers high quality western and Vietnamese cuisine. The breakfast is outstanding. The kitchen is open 24/7 for room service, which we truly appreciate their amazing pizza in the middle of the night. The pool area is nice, with a good bar and music. There is one element that stands above all, which is the level of service by the staff. No matter who and at which part of the hotel, the service, personal care were outstanding.

This is a beautiful resort, definitely a top choice when visiting Hoi An. Rooms and new and well kept, free minibar was a nice treat for the kids. Breakfast spread was terrific too, view was awesome - overlooking the banks of Hoai River and Hoi An Ancient Town. The Vietnam Salt Coffee served at breakfast was the best I tasted in Vietnam. Service is also outstanding and we were fortunate enough to join in and be part of their Christmas lights up party.
