I stayed in this hotel for a week before Covid; except great view , nothing else is great about it. I saw a charge 100$ for a print out of the bill for extras on my credit card without my permission after I was back from holiday; I wrote emails about it that receptionist just asked if I wanted a print out to review the extras bill during check out and I wasn’t informed even of such ridiculous charge; no response to email. It is a rip off. Also, I felt very unsafe in the hotel as a solo traveller due to the kind of crowd the hotel had during my stay. I will not recommend this hotel to any single ladies travelling solo. Also, I couldn’t sleep well during my entire one week stay as it was extremely noisy till 4 am so it is not suitable for people who like their 8 hours night sleep.

The best thing about this hotel is the location from the airport and the short travel times to popular attractions. This hotel is by far one of the filthiest places I have ever stayed. Not even considering the price of the stay. The overall experience was very poor. The cleanliness alone would be the reason I would NEVER recommend anyone to stay there. Let alone pay to stay there. The drapes in the rooms were supposed to be white but we covered in stains which appear to have been there awhile. The bathroom? We used a towel as a barrier so that our feet did not make contact with the shower floor. The walls and sidings of the rooms were all soiled. The security guard of the pool area was extremely prejudice and rude to say the least. I spoke to the manager about all of my concerns as well at my check out time. If you are considering to book here good luck :)

If I could give a negative -5 I would. First they advertise ocean front view, We get there thinking that would be the type of room but that wasn't the case. Get to the room the first night Friday about 4pm got in the shower and the water didn't drain and was overflowing out of the shower despite a ledge that was suppose to keep the water in but didn't. Then went to hang my towel after drying myself off and a screw fell out of the towel holder. If that wasn't enough tried using the toilet and it wouldn't flush normally like it was partially clogged. All of this and I had not been in the room 2 hours yet. Went to diner came back, went to sleep. Woke up the next morning called the front desk to ask for another room, possibly the type of room I thought I was getting to start with and was told they could not give it to me because they were worried about the new guest coming in and not the one(me) that was there and unsatisfied. They gave us another room without the oceanfront view again. At this point unsatisfied and just wanting to get out of the room we put our bags down and left out of the new room for the day. Came back exhausted from the flight and being out all day, then tried to turn on the TV, it didn't work. Called the front desk from the second room, they said they would send someone up right away. Waited about a hour sitting there unable to get undress and relax. Called back to front desk and was told "No one show up yet? I will check on it" finally someone came and fixed the TV and we were able to relax. Only was at this hotel for 3 days and only could relax in the room for one. I will never go back to this place and would never refer any of my business friends or my personal friends. Good luck if you try it.

Overpriced and far from being a 4 stars hotel. Very dirty aisle, dirty coffee machine (not cleaned from previous stays) and broken furniture (inclusive of old TV). Swimming pool way too warm and lying mats dirty and old. Better ones are reserved anytime (for whom if not guests?!). 50$ / night valet for medicore service too high. Directions of hotel not clear as neighbouring buildings all look the same. Front desk apart from one woman was very demotivated and not friendly.
