Regardless of the few positives that this place might have, it was all spoiled by the bed bugs we discovered in our bed! We unfortunately discovered them late at night and didn't have much of a choice but to pack up and find another place to stay for the night--something that is not easy during a busy summer weekend! After two hours of searching, we found one hotel that was able to take us in at 3am. Despite engaging booking.com right away, they keep telling us that they have not been able to get a response from the owner. We have sent them the pictures you see in this review, and videos of these things crawling on the bed, but haven't received any real feedback or support yet from the owner or booking.com. Given the simplicity of this place, it shouldn't be that hard to do a proper cleaning to ensure things like the bed are free of pests like this!

With so many amazing options in Athens, don’t risk staying here. We arrived in the evening and the apartment was 35 degrees. The aircon was not activated in anticipation of our arrival despite the heat wave and the upstairs room was still 35 decrees at midnight. One bathroom had no running water and the staff suddenly stopped answering emails when we explained the situation and requested a fan. After an incredible experience travelling in Greece and even in other places in Athens, we were disappointed to say the least.

Great location and a nice spacious loft, ideal for a family of 4. The place is very clean and modern, just like it appears in the photos on their website. I wouldn't hesitate to book this again. The only downside was the poor communication with the hosts who were practically impossible to reach on the phone. In the end, all necessary information was provided, but only the arrival day and just a few hours before check-in.

Absolutely stunning modern spacious apartment in the perfect location in Athens for a great price. Legitimately 15 mins walk away from most places you want to be. Near restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. All the utilities are new and modern and I have zero complaints about this location. Thank you for a great three day stay! Would absolutely stay again! PS sorry for blurry picture. This was our apartment.
