The accommodation was central, appeared on a street or two behind the gherkin, however it was a very misleading 'hotel' it states it s a 4 star hotel but it's not, the photos do not represent the place at all! The room was incredibly small, dark and lacked the very basic amenities expected from a '4*' hotel, no drinking water, no fridge, no heating running even though it was -1 outside, very limited check-in times and not very good customer service, I feel it was overpriced and I wouldn't return or recommend, save your money and stay in a premier inn for the same price!

Small hotel in an easily walkable location from Tower Bridge and Liverpool Street. Rooms were good and the bed comfy. Would happily visit again if I needed accommodation in the area. Be mindful it's not the best for wheelchair users as there are quite steep and narrow steps.

Me and my fiancee stayed over the weekend. We were welcomed by a host and shown to our room. Host explained all procedures and how to get in and out of the property. Our room was clean, tidy and the accommodation was quite. Bathrooms are shared but very clean and so is the kitchen. Great location to underground, shops, restaurants, bars, etc. Value for money. Definitely will be staying there again.

A wonderful hotel. Staff were lovely. The rooms were clean. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean and spacious. There is a little rooftop courtyard you can sit outside. We could see the gherkin from our window. The location is quiet for being so near to city. Aldgate and Aldgate East stations are close. Plenty to eat nearby. We will use this hotel again when we visit London.
