Rooms were of decent size. Good for a quick layover. Facilities were ok, vending machine was out to water bottles and had to buy them from the restaurant, pretty expensive $3.39 each.... vending machine was $3. Had free breakfast. Honestly, I would give it a hard pass... It's only bread, cereals and fruits... this is not breakfast... this was really a letdown.. either serve a good breakfast or DO NOT offer. Check-in smooth, great customer service. Location was pretty accessible.

I gave rooms a 4* rating because you get what you pay. The rooms are older but the hotel is fairly inexpensive too. My overall experience was good. The staff was friendly. There was ample parking. Having said that I only stayed for few hours because I had to attend an important meeting and I wanted to freshen up before going to the event.

The restaurant in this hotel is exceptional. The food is so good. It’s so tasty and cooked to perfection. What a gem of a place. The Brampton community is very fortunate to have such a welcoming place to eat. It’s not only for the hotel guest but also open to the public. This restaurant is superb with a fantastic menu and the service is fast with such a friendly staff. Our waitress was the funniest, friendliest and so professional. Highly recommend stopping by. I had a hamburger dinner and the burger was homemade ( not process meat). My husband got the fish and chip and they were cooked perfectly.

Very very unsafe and dangerous place to stay , it's just matter of today ie; Dec 20 -2023 , a stranger was roaming in the floor knocked our door , I was inside ,my wife opened the door and he was asking my wife that can I come inside room after telling to go away he was telling the same ,then I went and asked what do you want then he said nothing I am talking with my buddy and moved little far but he was roaming near my.room for more than an hour. I checked for 3 times he didn't go and then I called staff and informed about it. No proper action was taken.It was hard for hotel staff as well he was arguing with them . I have seen everything.very bad experience "especially unsafe for women".i dont know how low security your hotel is . A 3 star hotel with 0 star security . How can a stranger can be in the building for more than an hour ? I frequently stay in your hotel but promise I am never gonna come again . Very very disgusting and unsafe experience.
