It’s horrible place! The worst you can pick for staying. Room was dirty, sheets were stained( you could see there all the colours: yellow, green, brown). The smell is really bad. We saw so many hairs. It looked like nobody changed the bedding after previous clients. We stayed in there for 20 minutes after checking in. We checked out right after seeing all that. Don’t stay there!

Stayed here in Nov. 2023 and found many cockroaches in our room. The place smells, it's dirty, and the beds are dirty, old spring mattresses. For continental breakfast, we went down for just a single coffee and were instructed to get a voucher from front desk, after getting the voucher, we grabbed our coffee and went back to our room to get ready. The breakfast lady wasn't welcoming at all and we felt like we were breaking the rules, and stealing, by taking the coffee out of the dining room. After returning home, we had to carefully go through all of our luggage outside, piece by piece, to alleviate any rogue cockroaches from entering our home, not a pleasant experience (could've been worse if we didn't do this). This hotel is stuck in the past and I will never go back for any price.

Excellet Service provided makes me want to stay here longer. Breakfast was excellent due the A+ and kind service that was provided by the great lady named Myroslava. Her friendliness service automatically made the breakfast taste good. If everything is done in a friendly manner then anything will be excellent. All hotel staff is very nice and caring. I highly recommend this Hotel. Keep up the great work.😊

We booked the hotel room as it seemed like a reasonable price for a night well ahead of time in coordination with work. Called ahead of time to confirm the check in and arrived at the time stated over the phone only to be welcomed by an early check in fee of $35 and then given a room that was below what was reserved. I was treated as if this was our fault even after calling and confirming this and as if they were doing us the favoring by giving any room at all. The stay did include breakfast as long as you dont mind limited to coffee, tea, watered down orange juice, toast, bagels and hard boiled eggs no meat options. I guess its better than the street, but if your wanting something better i suggest looking elsewhere. Would not recommend staying here.
