Lovely apartment with very unprofessional management team who was misleading us when we were asking for our damage deposit of CHF500 it is almost 60 days and the amount was not refunded to us. we have contact them through landline,, mobile and whatsapp they failed to answer or help us. we contacted the main website where we did the booking and they are investigating now. any one who will stay there i highly recommended to request a refund approved before leaving the apartment or asked them to bring credit cad machine to process with refund process and not to wait to have done manually. it almost like theft and scam here with those people.
