Very fun decor. Very much a hotel designed to be instagrammed, without being comfortable or good. Tv hung in front of balcony entrance, so you can't help but hit your head. Very small rooms, even though I selected a large room.

I checked in at Mood Pattaya Hotel on 8th nov 2023 , we book 1 room for 4P . For service its VERY BAD! 1. Front office staff: very not kind, no smile, can't speak English well and no attitude! 2. Cleaning service: They already saw us coming inside to the room but still coming inside without permission (we did take a nap) For room no bad! They have a 2 big bed (for 4P) , have a fridge but small , have a hair dryer , have 1 room for shower + 1 room for toilet , have balcony (but you can't smoke on balcony , you can smoke closer than reception) For very strategic areas, closer than 7 Eleven and beach. But for me it's better if you rent a bike to make it easy for you to go to other places. NOTED FOR OWNER: YOUR STAFF SHOULD BE MORE HUMBLE BECAUSE YOU WORK AT HOSPITALITY NOT DEPCOLECTOR. THANKYOU

The rooms are pretty small, but okay for a couple. We felt very secured since environment was good, no noises and stuffs are well behaved.. the best thing about this hotel is the LOCATION….which is exactly in the middle of pattaya beach road; takes only 10 baht (per person) to go to Pattaya Walking street by TUKTUK, and it’s very affordable too and the hotel is close to the beach! Highly recommend!!!

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a friendly demeanor by the staff, who made me feel right at home. It was easy to explore the city from this central location, and I loved being able to walk to numerous restaurants and entertainment venues. The rooms at Mood Hotel are modern and stylish, boasting a minimalist decor that truly creates a calming ambiance. My room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the bathroom was immaculate with a luxurious rain shower. One standout feature of this hotel is their rooftop swimming pool, which offers breathtaking views of the city skyline. It was the perfect spot to relax after a long day of exploring, and the poolside bar served delicious cocktails and snacks. I must commend the hotel's staff for their exceptional service throughout my stay. They were incredibly attentive, always ready to assist with any queries or requests, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I truly felt like a valued guest. Mood has really turned my mood upside down. Wish I had seen these reviews before I booked. Reminds me of a college dorm but worse. How is this place new? Under 30 yr, you'll probally stay; over 40yr probally looking for other place. Pictures are extremely deceiving dirty features broken or scraped all over. Doesn't feel clean at all I'm glad I dont have an infra-red light. Only positive is the service and the beach if you plan to even go.
