i walked into the room and was blown away. i had low expectations from a motel 6, but they made me a repeat customer. as i opened the door the beds were nicely made, great presentation, clean bathroom and overall very satisfied. the front desk staff was amazing as well. the young lady that helped us on 11-15-23 to check in was nice, fun, great energy, we had some good laughs. room was ready way before check in time, which i was shocked and pleased. the location was great. shower pressure and hot water, great as well. overall extremely pleased, was worth the money and if i ever go back, i am staying here.

If you’re looking for a room you can’t take a shower without a towel filled with hair, dirty sheets, doors that won’t close, and uncomfortable beds, then you’ll want to stay here! Our family just stayed here on a quick 10th birthday trip and had the worst experience!! Our door would not close all the way, the first night our toilet backed up and we were told we had to go to the lobby to get a plunger to fix it ourselves! At that time we asked for clean towels as all of our towels had black hairs all over them. The new set of towels (if you can even call them that) were also filled with hair! The next day they came in and “cleaned” our room and our towels yet again were covered in hair! Our bathroom floor was covered in long black hairs, and our friends in the room next to us had a bar of soap in the package with hair on it! Like they shoved the soap back in the package after being used!!! When I called to complain, they told us we should have told them about the door when we noticed it! We were there to go to the park for 2 days, not deal with maintenance issues! They also were very snotty about my complaints which I feel are very legitimate, and offered $40 off the first night as compensation! We spent $300 for 2 nights in a motel 6 and couldn’t even shower due to filth!

Well for a budget hotel and for a motel 6 it's probably one the best budget hotel I stayed at and the best motel 6 I stayed at .. actually I had better stay than I did at the Hilton property across the street I wrote a review on.one I stayed in double bed .. one thing I was surprised to find was four towels and conditioner and shampoo that you don't find at most motel 6 they had a refrigerator which I like it I also like how you kept the pool just as warm as the Jacuzzi it made me feel relaxed and not be in crowded Jacuzzi . Yes I know the blankets are thin at motel 6 across the country I asked for extra but they were sold out so we took the blanket s off one of the bed and put it in ours so we had double blankets for some reason the heater was not working great.. I think it was because we're the room was located. So it's another reason to get two beds if they're out of blankets you one on the other bed.as for the employee Andrew he is great employee.. he always to make sure your stay is comfortable.. he is very friendly and welcoming.. he is one of the reasons I would come back again I like going to hotels with great customers service. It was probably the best stay I had at a motel 6 and for a budget hotel. But not the best stay at a hotel that would be Hampton inn Tijuana .if I'm Anaheim again I would definitely stay here again..I like better than most of the Hilton property in Anaheim

ROACHES IN THE ROOMS!!! Absolutely DISGUSTING and the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced at a hotel… we had ROACHES in our room! When my husband went down to talk to the lady running the front desk she refused to talk to him about it and said he can talk to a manager about it. When he asked her to please get a manager, she laughed at him and refused to get her manager and proceeded to ignore him. After the staff “cleaned” our room there were nasty clumps of hair all over the bathroom floor which was NOT ours. The shower head and the towel racks were both literally falling apart. The “clean” towels and bed sheets also had the same dark hair on them. We ended up taking one of the sheets off the bed and slept without it because it was so disgusting. It’s a motel 6 so my expectations were already low, but being literally laughed at by a staff member for simply wanting a clean room is next level… So if you want a cheap hotel and don’t care about Roaches, having clean sheets and don’t need to shower at all during your stay, or don’t mind being blatantly disrespected by staff members, guess this is the one for you.. Save your vacation the turmoil and stay elsewhere!! Worst hotel experience of my life.

We stayed at this motel because it was a “good neighbor” hotel for Disneyland. To walk in to the lobby in order to check in, we had to pass someone on drugs digging through the motel’s entrance garbages… we checked in, and were less than impressed with the state the motel was in. The elevator was filthy and had clearly been vandalized. When we got to our room, our key card would not unlock the door for about 15 minutes. While we were waiting for it to work, the parking lot had people living in their cars and digging through the dumpster. Inside the motel room, there is a sign on the door that states for guests to “lock both the dead bolt and the bar lock for the safety of the guest”. Our AC unit in the room was rusted and the metal was poking out, clearly in need of repair. The bathroom was disgusting. If it was just my spouse and I staying, we probably would have tried to make it work, but since we had our toddler with us, we didn’t feel it was a safe place for us to stay. We ended up needing a refund, and we will NOT be staying here in the future, regardless of how “budget friendly” it is.
