It's fine for an emergency stay in case of a missed flight. Check in was easy and quick. The rooms and hallways smelled like marijuana. It felt a bit grungy. No shuttle to the airport, so I had to call Uber.

The blanket was thin and it felt like it was just a few sheets. I tried to get another one, but I was not successful. The room was sort of barren but it was very clean. The airport was nearby and was kind of loud, as was the wind rattling the windows. I tried to take a shower, but it wasn't as warm as I would have liked. The service was excellent. They did a great job with what they had.

The location was alright. Being near the airport, I didn’t notice any airline noise. Even with all the updates/upgrades, the bathtub didn’t have any that would aid in preventing someone from slipping and there is visible water damage in ceiling above the tub which more than likely contains mold. I reserved a non smoking room. Once past the lobby area near the elevators there was a strong smell of incense. The hall that the room was located on smelled of cigarette smoke. Every time the heat came on the smell grew stronger. On day 2, saw roaches in the bathroom…they hid in the doorframe. Thankfully that was the only place. I stayed because I didn’t need any hassle. Won’t stay again.

I checked in last night due to flight issues and the check in was very pleasant 🙂. BUT the checkout was nasty. The clerk played on her phone the whole time I'm talking to her. Then I lost money trying to get a Gatorade and she says "call the number" and there was no number but an email address. This lady says "email it then" and went back to her phone. If this is what Motel 6 Customer Service is then trust it will be a cold day in hell before I visit this location again. Please give her some customer service classes because this is the South and Customer Service along with Mannerisms are instilled from the beginning. Thank you kindly for your attention to this matter. I was in Room 603..checked out this morning 1.17.24 and video will show me wearing a Blue Indianapolis Colts jacket 💙
