The rooms are over priced and they have the bare minimum. There is no refrigerator no microwave the sheets and comforter are basic and from the 1977 winter catalog from Sears. The staff is completely rude and unprofessional. If you even come close to complaining about anything they will threaten to kick you out and call the police. They will charge you a deposit and refuse to give it back when you check out. If they do threaten to kick you out they won't let you get your stuff. If you start to argue with them about they will call the police and trespass you from the property. Horrible place do not go.

I never have had to complain about their rooms or the beds, but my boyfriend got the room this time and I'm not sure why but it was not anything like the rooms I've stayed in there before. It needed a good sweep and mop done. The air unit vents were clogged with dust along with the filters, and the bed is definitely an old one. Like I said, though, this is not the standard I'm used to at this location. I definitely will not stay in any room along the back side again.

Good hotel, but the shower curtains are too long, and "migrate" into the shower bottom. The shower area is already narrow & slippery, and this problem amplifies the hazard. It is very easy to accidentally step onto the curtain and quickly loose your footing - careful!

Check in guy was great. Super nice and helpful. Room is ok. Nothing fancy. But no wifi. At all. When I enquired I was told this is common. They know they need to do service in the rooms but don’t want to. I called the tech line and spent an hour with them trying to figure it out. All they could say was the router is down and no eta on fixing. Definitely not tonight. I need the net. I work online. So I had to use my data. If it was earlier I would have left. With so many hotels to choose from why would I want to stay in one without wifi when I need it? I’m expecting a response and compensation for the expense I’ve had to incur. Fix ur wifi. I would never stay at a motel 6 because of this.
