Stole $40 of my cash deposit due to dusty towels. Charged us $8 a towel. You could purchase better and thicker towels at Walmart for less. What's really sad is that the dust that was on the towels was from us wiping down the place. It was filthy when we arrived. The towels were not damaged. I'm sure that the motel just bleached them and put them back in the rotation. I have stayed at Motel 6 multiple times over the past year and I've never had a problem. Stay away from this location. The management and staff are dishonest. Hope all the small bills you kept makes it easier to make change at the front desk. Probably the reason you kept the deposit!!!!!

They stole my cash deposit and were incredibly rude during my entire stay. I have a $100 bill, during checkout they handed me 2 $20 bills and insisted that's what I'd given them. Then they got super smart with me and started asking me for my copy of the receipt. They didn't give me one however and they know this. Beware, the front desk ladies are skimming the deposits here. If they think they can get away with robbing you? They will try. Take pictures and demand written receipts.

Recently I stayed here for 14 days, spending $1000.00 on my room. During which time I kept my room clean and changed my own linens. Housekeeping wasn't required to do anything. I was rudely woke up by a hotel staff member beating on my door the morning before my departure. New Years day. Upon answering the door I was told my stay wouldn't be extended any further than the next day because I had destroyed linens. This bewildered me because when I gave the housekeeper my linens they were not destroyed just a lil dirty as normal from sleeping on them. I was told that they were trash to them and showed me pictures. I know for a fact that my linens didn't look that way when I handed them over. She was very rude to me and told me that I would be put on the list of people that can't stay here again. That check out was at 11 and make sure I'm gone by that time. I've never in my life been treated that way. Staff here are non English speaking. The shower is terrible. Bathroom door is barely hanging and drags on the floor. Huge gap around the entry door. Can almost see outside. No security. Homeless people hanging around. I wouldnt rent here again in the first place. To be wrongly accused of this is incredible! I stayed here out of necessity due to selling my house. Never again!

Save your money. Staff is awful!!!!! Terrible customer service. Terrible rooms, barely hanging on by a thread. Can’t go outside because people doing drugs. NOT KID FRIENDLY. Manager will find any and every excuse to cheat you out of your deposit. The rooms are falling apart on their own if you look at it wrong but guests are blamed and charged for the hotels poor maintenance. The rooms got a pain job and called a “remodel.” The screws on the wall towel hanger were barely hanging on, I hung up two towels and the whole thing fell apart and the manager was very disrespectful she wouldn’t even speak to me she just came out and started yelling no we already charged you so it’s too late. I went back and fixed it for them and she still wouldn’t even come out of her office to speak to me and the employee in the front desk just kept saying oh i don’t know I just work here. So unprofessional, careless, disrespectful. Scamming people.
