Camille checked us in and was very polite and courteous! Perfect location on the west side of Route 66 and Williams. Rooms are pretty limited on amenities like no fridge or microwave. (There’s a low budget microwave in the lobby where complimentary coffee (only available in the morning) but still clean and modern looking. Beds sheets were okay, mattress was good. Lighting was appropriate. Great price you can’t beat vs other hotels of quality location (next to grocery store) and budget.

Great value, location, with friendly & courteous staff. Benjamin at the Front Desk is always professional providing expert service. The housekeeping staff is impeccable, and the maintenance crew hardworking. Close to everything but cozy & quiet (depending on your neighbors). The shower & functioning bath tub were awesome.

I stayed here for a month. Pros: very clean, mostly quiet, spacious rooms, front desk staff were all awesome! Felt very safe & it is in a great location, too! Rates were extremely affordable. You should know: part of the reason the rates are so reasonable is because there are no hairdryers, irons, coffeepots, microwaves or fridges in the rooms. Pets: they are very accommodating with pets (up to 2 per room) without charging a pet fee. Cons: was woken up early several times up by loud housekeepers (talking loudly, banging mops against the floorboards) One person brought her baby (less than a year old) who would scream & cry in the hallway unattended for sometimes 10-15 minutes! Now, please understand, I have no issue with a hardworking momma bringing her kid to work because times are tough, but a screaming baby is not the experience I paid for. The rooms/hallways can get noisy. None of the guests were exceptionally loud, but you can hear everyone's conversation when you walk down the hallway. I was woken up by one of my neighbors snoring. If you have a "private moment" with your spouse, well, I could hear that too. Summary: the noise was a huge inconvenience and source of frustration, but I still recommend this hotel for everything they've gotten right.

My husband and I were meeting my mom for our annual Christmas visit. We got a late start to our trip, had multiple vehicle issues and arrived after midnight. I had expected to have multiple issues on checking in, as I could not get ahold the hotel. There were no issues at all. Check-in went so smooth that I was amazed. I have a service dog and on this trip I was dog sitting another dog. There was no issue there. The only issue we had, was the door to the room. It was hard to open and wouldn't shut very well. Our stay was relaxing, which sometimes it's not. This trip was amazing. The staff deserves major props for being so helpful and understanding.

I had to park on the street. Some pickup trucks with trailers were taking multiple parking Lanes. I know that's probably out of the control of the motel, perhaps some type of gas policy about multiple lane use should be mentioned upon check-in. I've stayed at this motels a few times before. It's very affordable for the area . Williams Arizona is the closest town to Grand canyon village that has very affordable hotels. With many to choose from. Other than the parking situation sticky floors in the motel room, oh yeah I think that won't drain. The state was good. I will be back in the new future
