I initially booked 2 nights. When I went to the front desk to extend, rang bell, they resisted even coming to the front desk, then told me they were fully booked so I couldn't extend. I was skeptical of this, so I rebooked the same room online through their website. When I went back to the desk to re-check in, the guy flat out refused, despite my confirmed reservation. Got major attitude, and for this terrible treatment, this well-deserved review. Room and location were fine, though a lot of street noise at night. Staff is the problem.

A spartan affair, clean, but very basic. HVAC worked well, bathroom was freshly remodeled. The door needs some weather stripping. The outside lights are annoying.

if you are a group of females, young, or are traveling alone DONT go to this motel. we are a group of three women and we’re asked repeatedly by the lady who checked us in if we were alone and why we were alone and other extremely personal questions. we were originally given a room that doesn’t lock and had to switch rooms. when we went to switch rooms we were asked even more questions including if we were meeting up with anyone else, which car was ours and where we were parked, and where our parents were (were siblings). it seemed like she was gathering information to rob us or harm us in some way. the motel was fine in itself, the beds had thin sheets but the rooms were nice besides that.
