Excellent and cozy hotel with a wonderful view. Hospitable hosts who made you feel comfortable. I had a 2 bedroom suite with its own kitchen and large balcony. Comfortable beds, which is important after long walks. Very close there is a hiking trail through the jungle to the Big Buddha. I spent 6 nights there, during which time I fell in love with this place. The hotel is located on a hill and away from noise. Ideal if you have personal transport.

Staying here last year was just lovely. The owners are amazing, we got fresh chicken eggs every morning, the condo decoration is very dedicated, the mattress was superb. A perfect accommodation with a great view and sweet vibe!

Great price, easy to book, very helpful staff, everything is clean. It's a pretty basic hotel, but it's private and quiet and the view isn't too bad either. The mattress and pillows are especially soft.

Did not have a similar experience as most of the other reviewers who gave the experience 5-stars. Host greeted us upon arrival and is very responsive. Though there is “free” parking, it is really parking by the main road. View from the bedroom was not ideal - looking at the rubbish area, water tanks and the outdoor gym. Wifi signal was very weak. It can only be accessed from the living room area - so wifi in the bedroom was non-existent. Please also note that guests have to pay for electricity usage. For a 3D2N stay, we paid 128 THB for very minimal use of fan + a/c (2-3 hours per night) as we were mostly out throughout the day. Best thing from the experience would probably be the balcony view from the apartment. We paid 5,030 THB for a 3D2N stay and overall we felt that the experience did not match our expectations as we had better experiences for a similar price point. Will be good to compare prices across different platforms should you be considering this location.

It was the great pleasure to stay here. The owner and his wife are pretty friendly and helpful. I rented the room downstairs and then upgraded to the second floor and I would say the view is quite different. I didn’t spend much time in the room but when I was there it was pleasure to stay at the balcony and to look at the see and sunset. The premises are rather far from the beach and so if you plan go to Kata by walk they don’t meet your requirements. They are great for those who drive bike or rent a car and is looking for a romantic solitude. The rooms are clean, quite big and comfortable. Great for pairs or small families.
