Location is great! Very walkable area convenient to the train station. Stayed for only one night, thankfully as the mattress was very uncomfortable and rock hard; definitely not up to par with Marriott standards. There is no air conditioning or fans in the room. When I called the front desk about the temperature, they said I could open a window, which I did. The hotel is on a very busy street, with traffic noise and people talking late at night and early in the morning. Possibly the worst part, is that I ordered Ubereats and my food never arrived. I was not able to track the order, so I just assisted it wasn’t delivered. I found out the next day that the night person would not allow the delivery person to deliver the food to my room, and kept it at the front desk, but never notified me, or brought the food up. When I asked for the food, they said they had refrigerated it overnight, so I went to the front desk and asked for it, but the dessert was missing, presumably eaten by the night persons. Not cool! Also, the breakfast was very limited with no vegan options, while at check in, I was told there would be vegan options available. Lastly, crazy long line to checkout, waited at least 20 minutes.

we spent a night here and the good things first: check in went smoothly, the room itself was clean and modern looking. nevertheless, no storage for your clothes, no water kettle or any amenities at all. also, it was quite noisy.

I like the vibe and atmosphere. You can find many young people and at the same time middle aged. The interior design gives good energy. Breakfast is great with exception to cutlery cleaning which they did after I told them. Room is a typical Moxy room, only downside they use shower curtain in my room so the water is a little bit everywhere. I had another issue with the remote control which they couldn’t fix. Overall highly recommend, very good location and welcoming staff who work hard to make your stay enjoyable.

A stylish stay on a budget. The hotel is themed on fashion style, very hip, very modern, very...stylish. In the lobby/ restaurant you can socially interact, work or play with one of the board games provided. Rooms are basic and you need to be travelling light as instead of a wardrobe, you get hangers on specially designed wall as per other moxy hotels. Overall, a pleasant stay.

We decided on this place because of its proximity to Little Tokyo. When we arrived you will very carefully maneuver traffic into the extremely tight parking garage where you will pay 25 euro a day. Convenience is expensive, let's not forget. Staff was friendly and even gave us a complimentary bottle of water for our 200 euro a night stay (so nice). The lobby is nice and clean and definitely targeted towards that hipster scene. Like the starbucks of Hotels. Staff happily invited us to breakfast, which was 18 euro a person, we decided to go across the street and have a delightful breakfast for a fraction of the cost. Our room was sort of clean but marks and stains all over the walls tells me cleaning a room thoroughly isnt priority. Curtains for the shower didn't close, so water splashed everywhere and leaked under the shower curtain, soap dispensers didn't work either and who puts vinyl pillows on a bed do those get wiped down? The best part about this place was its location. Literally anything and everything is in walking distance. Overall, i understand everything in the area is expensive, but this place tries harder to be a scene place vs a hotel that maintains itself.
