The room was the perfect size for two with big TV and a fridge, also the shower was big. Service - receptionist was a 2/ 5 very rude and no help, on the other hand breakfast service 5/5 also the bar man 5/5. Location - 4/5 close to the tram and S line , but 2/5 a bit far away from center Munich where everything happens

The rooms are very small, the bathroom smelt like sewage and got worse the longer we stayed (we stayed for 4 nights). When house keeping came, they did not clean the shower or bathroom basin and there was old blood on the bedsheets. Hotel breakfast staff were friendly and helpful, but we not impressed with the lack of hospitality from the front desk / bar staff. The price of this room is a rip off - I’m not sure why this ‘hotel’ has a 4 star rating - it is more like a hostel. Do not recommend.

We stayed here second time. Great price value,room size perfect. Breakfast is good,and location is perfect(Central Station/centrum not too far) if you dont want to walk 20-30min,you can ride with Tier/lime e-scooter. You can leave your luggage if you are arrived too early(before check in time) We are gonna coming back 3. time definietly!😃

Stayed here for 3 nights, with my family renting 3 rooms. The rooms were small and our air conditions didn’t work. The rooms are small too so they heat up fast, and leaving the window open exposes you to sirens and other loud noises all night/morning. The showers and bathrooms were honestly just gross in all 3 rooms. They obviously haven’t been cleaned in a long time. My towels had brown staining that resembled you know what, however I don’t know if it was or not, I wasn’t going to smell it. Rooms are all very loud as they are across the street from a giant construction site that starts work around 6:30-7am. The Staff was very rude. They even walked into my room, without knocking while I was changing! This was at 9 am when I was getting ready for breakfast, checkout wasn't for another 2 hours. All in all this hotel was miserable and I cannot wait to leave.
