Lobby, garden, location are good. But, the rooms and hallway carpet are old and dirty. Wish I didn’t book this hotel. Most of the reviews must be fake giving cleanliness a high score. They need to do major upgrades to get better rating because of the dirty carpet. Need hardwood floors. Who puts in carpet in SoutheatAsia????

They are very unfriendly to tourists. The bathroom had mold. Carpets had stains. The room was very loud and breakfast was not tasty. Avoid this hotel if possible.

My experience at this hotel was awful. We traveled as part of an organized tour. When we arrived, the toilet in one of the rooms was clogged and smelled very bad. We found a cockroach in a room. The rooms were not clean, we found chips crumbs on the floor. But the worst part is that several of us got sick after eating at the hotel restaurant. I was so sick that I even had to go to the hospital. The week before, a group I know was also at this hotel. Several of them were also sick after eating at the restaurant. There is clearly a big sanitary problem in this place. Horrible ! Absolutely avoid!

1. Location: Adjacent to Ho Xuan Huong Lake & just four hundred meters to the central night market. 2. Friendly & Kind Staff: especially Mr.Hoa Huynh. He is good in communicating in English language too, understands the specific needs of each guest & does his best to fulfil the requirements. 3. Cleanliness: Right from the lobby/lounge area to the rooms. 4. Buffet Breakfast: A large spread - Variety of dishes. A kind special note to the Hotel management: Scope for improvement of Rooms - especially the room 1206 - no hot water supply in the bathroom taps, foul/stinky smell in bathroom, outdated/old hairdryer (stops working every minute).

The Muong Thanh Holiday Dalat Hotel, locates on a slope of local hill and it is just several minutes to reach the Dalat market. The hotel is not big but it is well organizing with the low stories connecting buildings and nice designed garden. My room is on the second floor of the main building which is easily to see the garden from my window and it is really a nice view out there. The facilities in the hotel is not totally new, the services are good both front desk and restaurant. It has the restaurant at the ground floor and one meeting room at the 3rd floor. The travelers can also get some local exchange within the hotel if you do not have any with you. I pay for the room about 50++ USD per night, and I am not sure whether it is expensive or not compare to other nearby hotels in the town.
