This hotel is like a luxury KTV on an isolated island, the hotel name Muong n Murong is actually the same, don't be confused when you arrive. The traffic here is horrible all the time, you have to wait for a taxi for a long time and you won't be easy to across the road. The room is clean and big, but the bath tub hot water really makes me disappointed, it will automatically turn to cold while water level still low, not even enough to wet your whole leg. My room doesn't have any nice views, except a cemetery, so it's best not to look out. I turn on the tv to Asia channel but the signal seem terrible. And the room fruits is provide base on hotel mood, not everyday? And everyone is not suggested to use the room scale, it is 20kg lesser minimum, hopefully no one gets penalty from the airport. The hotel breakfast buffet always runs out of food and beverage before 9am, especially weekend, make sure you don't late. This hotel is not near ANY hot tourist spot, either market, pub or site seeing places, every time I have to travel minimum 7km by taxi. I don't think I'll book this hotel if I come to Hanoi again.

Pros Spacious room and lobby. Cons Quality of room lacks improvements; old rooms, shower curtains are not available is some rooms and floods the entire space, shower in tub is slippery, toilet door is thin and filmsy, no sound insulation and all outside noises(road, corridors) are clearly heard in the middle of the night. Buffet is the same bad choices of food daily, with the lady staff tending to the egg section being extremely lazy and act as if she doesn’t know I wanted an omelette(she only said yes and started making when the manager was near). Hotel lobby does not have any aircondition turned on, staff locked our rooms 1 hour before the stated check out time, power shortages. Location is also distances away from shopping street. Below average.
