Stayed in May '23 with wife and kids. Great communication from Francesca to make arrival simple, she also arranged our airport transfer for 04:30 and offered tourist advice for anything during our visit. Museo19 is just across the road from the metro station. Central train station is 1 stop in one direction, or Amedeo station is 2 stops the other way which I'd recommend for nice shops and a short walk to the seafront/port area where there are plenty of nice restaurants. The rooms/bathroom are modern, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Breakfast was offered to our room at a time of choice and offered a sweet or savoury, so had sweet for the kids and savoury for adults which we ate on the balcony. Naples really is a fascinating area. I'm reasonably well travelled and been nowhere like it and imagine anyone heading here knows what to expect, but regardless I would highly recommend Museo19, and many thanks to Francesca

Museo 19 is a perfect choice for a tourist as well as for a business traveller. The room is spacious enough for a short stay and the balcony looks out onto a green area. The BnB is comfortable, very clean and neat. The host is very available and takes good care of her guests. I enjoyed my short stay and would happily come back again!

The most amazing BnB experience I ever had in Napoli! I came there twice because it is now my BnB of choice in this city. The welcoming by the owner is always warm and attention are to every detail. She will always guide you and answer to you fast if you need any help and describe perfectly how to do a self-check in in case. The rooms are spacious, the bedding is high quality and I always woke up full of energy there even after a late night out. The finitions are modern and clean, there is all the necessary equipment (aircon, drinking water both still and sparkling at free disposal, bathroom amenities which are pretty rare to find in BNB normally and are hotel level style). The security is also great and the area is secure and well located next to every single important place in Napoli Center within 20 minutes of walk radius. The breakfast included is great and very large, I never managed to finish fully the drinks and food because there is so much to choose. You can also choose a salty or sweet traditional Neapolitan breakfast which is great for people who prefer salty in the morning. The coffee is great! The price is really attractive and low considering you have free breakfast and an amazing room of a 4* hotel standing to be honest, located in the heart of Napoli and next to a station so easy to commute from the station or airport. I absolutely recommend!
