Muyan Suites - Special Class

The Muyan Suites exceeded our expectations. The owner and staff were all so accomodating and welcoming, immediately jumping to meet our needs and offering to guide us in any way they could. Everyone was so genuine and willing to help, showing such authentic Turkish hospitality. We could not recommend them enough! Location is perfect for exploring the beautiful city with most things within walking distance. The rooms were clean and had everything you would need. The breakfast was wonderful and always fresh and delicious. All the staff are so kind and helpful. We will definitely be back!

We had a delightful 8-day stay at Muyan Suites in Istanbul, my self, my wife and our 3 years old child. The hotel exudes a warm and family-friendly atmosphere. While the lobby may be modest, it is impeccably clean and well-organized. Notably, they have a bookshelf with a diverse selection of books, including travel guides about Istanbul. The room I stayed in was both spacious and spotlessly clean. The inclusion of a convertible sofa bed was a definite asset. What made our stay even more special was the generous upgrade offered by Mr. Haci, the hotel owner, who upgraded us from a basement room to the first floor at no extra charge. Although I wasn't able to secure a room with a water view this time, I learned that it's possible with advanced planning. The breakfast experience on the fourth floor was a true highlight. The buffet offered an impressive variety of choices, and they even offered made-to-order omelettes in various styles. What's more, the breakfast area provides a breathtaking view of the Bosphorus. I'd like to extend my sincere gratitude to the kitchen staff, especially the lady who prepared the delicious breakfast, and Borek, the young man who served and attended to the breakfast tables. Borek was consistently attentive and courteous, always offering us coffee and cappuccinos and inquiring about our omelette preferences. Additionally, the front desk staff consistently went above and beyond. Mr. Haci, in particular, was present during check-in and at breakfast, and his warm and approachable demeanor made all guests feel genuinely welcome. He provided invaluable insights into tourist attractions and had printed maps of Istanbul available at the front desk and on the fourth floor where breakfast was served. These maps were incredibly helpful in planning our days, and Mr. Haci even offered guidance on transportation options. Notably, Mr. Hamza at the front desk was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. His assistance extended beyond check-in, as he engaged with my child, crafting paper airplanes and keeping him entertained while we waited in the lobby for our transportation. Additionally, during the night shift, Omier (I hope I spelled the name correctly) at the front desk was equally exceptional, responding promptly to service requests and offering guidance on services available in the vicinity of the hotel. The thoughtfulness of the front desk staff extended to always offering us bottles of drinking water when we ventured out and when we returned to the hotel. This small gesture added to the overall exceptional experience. In summary, my stay at Muyan Suites was nothing short of fantastic, thanks to the amiable staff, outstanding amenities, the generous room upgrade by Mr. Haci, and the thoughtful gestures like providing drinking water by the front desk staff, in addition to the exceptional assistance provided by Mr. Hamza, Omier at the front desk, as well as the wonderful kitchen and service staff like Borek. May your time in Istanbul be filled with the same warmth and hospitality I found at Muyan Suites. I leave with beautiful memories of Istanbul and Muyan Suites - wishing you continued success.
